• Thirsty Thursday June 16th

    June 16th at 4pm to 7pm
Three or Four wines that have never been tasted in our shop before. Not your normal Thursday wines but then again...it's not your normal Thursday.

    Here's what we are thinking...

2014 Clos Cibonne Tibouren Rose "Cuvee Tradition" Cotes de Provence - This amazing wine is made with the ever so cool Tibouren grape. Never heard of it? I thought not. It also has a touch of Grenache as well. The wine is aged in 100-year-old casks for 12 to 18 months then is bottled. Lightly salmon in color with a touch of orange lingering around as well. The nose makes you smile and brings out some lovely notes of citrus fruit and soft vine-fruit. Spicy notes are not uncommon and there is a pleasing amount of minerality on the palate and finish. Very cool rosé!

2014 Clos Cibonne Tibouren Rouge "Cuvee Tradition" Cotes de Provence - A blend of 90/10 Tibouren & Grenache...this is one of the coolest wines I've had in a while. Most of you know my love affair with Provence wines and their foods. Loads of red fruit, spicy notes and a silky finish.

2004 Boeri Noto - First time this wine has been sold in WA state!!! Come check out why I decided to bring it in. Matter fact...I took some out of the importers personal stash in order to bring this wine to you. I tasted it last week and decided in was worthy of your palate.
