    We are happy to bring you another Champagne grower, Christine and Vincent from Champagen Piot-Sévillano. Independent winegrower, Christine et Vincent do their utmost to make their champagnes with passion and creativity in line with the traditions of their ancestors and modern vinification techniques.

    All their vineyards are situated on the very sunny hillsides of Vincelles, charming Champagne village. The vines are mostly Pinot Meunier and are planted on mainly clay-and-limestone soils, a terroir that gives their champagnes fullness, elegance and smoothness.

    Champagne Piot-Sevillano Extra Brut - This wine offers an outstanding aromatic precision and cleanness on the palate. Its precise dosage reveals a range of dried fruit aromas and leaves room for an unfailing minerality. For enlightened drinkers, it may be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif" -Frédéric Pagneux ($42)

    Champagne Piot-Sevillano Impertinente - Wine of temperament, its deep dress lets express itself of magnificent bubbles, its floral and fruity nose comes in notes of violets and red berries. Explosion of multiple flavors in mouth where we find the Malina raspberry and the Morello cherry. Finale offers real flesh and an impressive aromatic stability“ Frédéric Pagneux ($47)

    Champagne Piot-Sevillano Brut Tradition - A structured wine full of finesse and elegance, full and lively on the palate with delicious floral and acidulous fruit flavours. Its aromatic persistence and balance will go well with daring food choices at the start of the meal." -Frédéric Pagneux ($40)

    Champagne Piot-Sevillano Brut Rose - A delicious, subtle wine offering a fullness of taste, an explosion on the palate of acidulous, slightly spicy red berries. The rich finish and perfect balance suggest that this champagne may be served with the most complex dishes." -Frédéric Pagneux ($46)
