100% Sankt Laurent or Saint Laurent

This vineyard “Thalland” was first mentioned in 1120 A.D., which rises gently from the Danube plain between Krems and Rohrendorf.  The grapes come from the old vines (over 60 years) with a low yield, but of very high quality.  Stored for 30 months, partly in new and used barriques. Aroma of wild berries and ripe cherries. A very concentrated wine with a high extract density and a full-bodied taste. Juicy, fine fruit, delicately smoky aroma, characterful spiciness.  12.5% ABV
