After blending 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this Champagne will mature between 24 and 30 months in our cellars until it develops white blossom aromas and candied fruit flavors. It is the majority of red Pinot Noir grapes from our specific growing area (« terroir ») that will ensure a good ageing of the wine. Light golden color. A fruity nose combining apple and raspberry notes. This Champagne is intense on the palate with soft full fruit and a good length.
