Champagne Jeeper XXI Pink Rose Brut

A blend of 7% Pinot Noir and 93% Chardonnay with 8 grams per liter dosage, a bit higher than the regular cuvee aged for 6 years on the lees.  This Champagne has a pretty nose of wild strawberry fruit fresh floral notes and some nice chalky mineral seashell like character to the bouquet with a bit of peppery spice on the nose.  A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with a nice amount of light red berry fruit here on the finish, chalky seashell like mineral notes here lingering through the finish.  12% ABV
