Straight and rich wine, this cuvée is produced on the soil of phtanite, a kind of volcanic rock. Vinified the old-fashioned way in old barrels without malolactic fermentation with regular racking, this wine is aged in barrels for 6 months. Its pale color features pretty green reflections. The nose presents a bouquet of grapes, dried fruits, and citrus. The palate is fresh, focused on fruit with pretty lemony notes. The attack is powerful, the wine ample and round. To taste with a pike perch or a pike.
