This wine combines an elegant tannic frame with aromas of spice and wild garrigue scrubland. Aging in concrete vats imparts finesse. The wine reaches maturity after 3-5 years in bottle, but can be cellared for 10 years or more.  Grenache (70%), Syrah (25%) and Mourvèdre (5%).  We recommend it with all sauced meat dishes, game and cheese.
