The Jurançon Noir is made from 100% Jurançon Noir, an ancient variety unique to the South-West of France. The grapes are whole-cluster, semi-carbonic fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts. The wine is bottled young and fresh at 11% alcohol and sealed with a crown cap. Jurançon Noir makes dark colored, spicy and slightly bitter wines that are a unique treasure of this region. Pair it with cured meats or charred pork.
