Fattoria Selvapiana Vin Santo 2013

Vin Santo del Chianti Rufina Selvapiana is an excellent passito dessert wine. The beautiful amber yellow color makes it an ideal accompaniment to desserts, mainly dry pastries. The intense scent is reminiscent of honey, sweet chocolate ricotta and candied fruit. The soft taste is of an exquisite sweetness equal to the product of bees. This wine on the palate is elegant and never cloying.  13.5%ABV
