This Extra Dry prosecco is 100% Glera grapes, and contrary to popular belief, is a touch sweeter than the Brut counterparts (just a touch, don't worry!). Mille has a beautiful aromatic nose, with some nice honey and stone fruit notes on the palate. The acidity in the wine provides the freshness you want while the velvety bubbles provide a nice soft finish. Great on its own, or paired with a light fish meal!
