The juice was then racked to tank and older French oak barrels for fermentation with indigenous yeasts and this process lasted approximately \u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003esix weeks. The barrels were then racked, blended with the tank fermented portion and \u003c\/span\u003ebottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis wine has a nose of sun ripened pears and wet granite.
