Vigneto San Vito, located in the rolling hills just outside of Bologna, has been producing quality wines for nearly fifty years, but since its acquisition in 2005 by Federico Orsi, who converted the vineyards to biodynamic agriculture, the property has gone from strength to strength. Posca Rossa is a unique blend of several grapes, Cabernet, Barbera, Negretto, Sangiovese, and more; it is silky and juicy, with fresh acidity and a fruity nose of black currants and small red berries.
