Rocca di Montegrossi Chianti Classico 2018

The 2017 Chianti Classico is easily one of the wines of the vintage. A dark, juicy Chianti, the 2016 explodes in all directions with generous, totally inviting fruit. The style is big, rich and voluptuous, but all the elements are in the right place. Readers who find the style of the vintage too exuberant will want to cellar the 2011 for a few years, or, even better, head straight for the 2010.
