“Les Pentes” refers to the slope of a hill, or in this case, the highest, steepest part of the organically farmed Ecotard vineyard. The vines burrow into limestone as is evidenced by the rocky outcroppings surrounding the vineyard—it's tough to miss this visual representation of terroir. Chenin Blanc, steep vineyards, and limestone is a recipe for pure elegance—you'll find good minerality on the palate but also a wonderful floral fleshiness, like the texture of biting into a ripe peach.  13% ABV
