The nose is aromatic with notes of zest of yuzu, lemon, peach, quince, spices, crushed pear and verbena. 100% Semillon. From manual harvest with several handpicking to select only perfectly botrytised grapes, musts obtained by direct pressing are cleaned out and vinified at low temperature.
