Bottled in May, the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée A Tempo Blanc is another incredible white from this estate. More melon, exotic tropical, and even hints of pear-like fruits as well as green almond and chalky mineral notes define the nose, and it’s racy and pure on the palate, with hints of licorice and salty minerality, bright acidity, a laser focused texture, and a great finish.
