Domaine Fond Croze IGP Mediterrannee Rouge 3L BIB 2019

This medium-bodied red from Provence region is something of a dream.  Balanced like a beautiful brass scale weighing out your dreams.  Notes of dark fruit like rip morello cherries and some blackcurrant.  The finish has some kick though…touch of spice, pepper with a pinch of roasted rosemary and a nip of basil.  Don’t forget about that mouthfeel that makes you smile every time you take a sip.
