A blend of Mazuelo, Syrah, and Grenache coming from small vineyards that have very different soils and micro-terroirs throughout the Montsant region, which provides for a very complex wine.
The harvest was carried out by hand and the grapes were meticulously selected at the vineyards.
Each grape variety received a separate vinification process in stainless-steel vats. Subsequently, Mas de Can Blau 2015 was transferred into French oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 18 months.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was aged for several years in the bottle before its commercial release.
