Mas Peyre Cotes du Roussillon "La Cuvee Peyre" 2021

La Cuvee Peyre aka "the stone wine" comes from Schist laden vineyards, high in the windswept Agly valley of Northwest Roussillon.  The wine is produced without added sulfites.  Ample and lively with striking mineral.  It shows notes of Bosc and Anjou pear, acacia, and linden blossom.  Only 2600 bottles of this wine were produced!
