The white vines in this vineyard are now 92 years old and their juice was fermented in old oak vats with indigenous yeasts.  It was matured in their well-seasoned American oak barrels for four years. It’s paler than any of the other whites, and it has a little less pungency, with very good freshness. It’s elegant, subtle, clean and ethereal.  The nose reveals clear notes of white fruit. We very quickly find a slightly vanilla profile with aromas of wax. The development in the glass becomes more complex. On the palate, it is the strength of the flesh that impresses us with its well-though-out material and fine tannic finish (for a white) with elegant bitter aromas!  12.5% ABV
