80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay

The vines, aged between 20 and 30 years, occupy slopes with a low slope, exposed to the southeast, on shale and clay soils.  Aromas of Ripe melon, pineapple, jasmine, and other floral notes, with hints of hay, sweet herbs, and pale spice.  Tasting notes of ripe fruits like melon and pineapple, floral hints of jasmine, and savory notes of hay and sweet herbs.  13% ABV
