100% Albarino
This white wine comes from various vineyards of the Galician winegrowing icon Zarate, with vines that are on average 35 years old. Matured in stainless steel tanks for three months on the lees, it is clear, mineral and elegant - without any frills. The nose reveals a lively mixture of flint, chalk and tangy citrus notes. On the palate, it impresses with crisp acidity, salty minerality and a freshness reminiscent of a cool sea breeze. 13% ABV
