Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours 'Le Blanc Bonhomme ' Bordeaux Blanc 2023

45% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Sémillon, 10% Colombage

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been based at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and 6 generations have since succeeded each other.  Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, in concrete vats and new barrels (40%). Aging lasts 6 months with regular stirring.

Notes of ripe stone fruit, golden apple, pineapple, and lemon, balanced by ocean spray minerality, fresh herbs, and a creamy or waxy Semillon character. It features a medium body with a lively, mouthwatering acidity, a rich, texturally pleasing mouthfeel, and a long, fresh finish.  14% ABV
