De Moor VdF Nuova Descriptio 2023 Blanc

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Aligoté, 20% Chardonnay (with a small amount of Sauvignon Gris also included)

A dry, light to medium bodied wine with aromas of Beewax, gooseberry, white flowers, and wild herbs are present, along with a range of fruit notes like tangerine, ripe lemon, yellow apple, pear, and hints of tropical fruit or candied pineapple.  The palate is strikingly fresh and expressive with lively, chalky acidity. Flavors include stone fruits (peach, apricot, nectarine), citrus zest, almond, salt, and crushed stone minerality.  13% ABV
