100% Pinot Noir

Vinified 100% whole cluster and ages for 17 months in oak casks (30% new).  A powerful Burgundy with crushed blackberry, macerated cherries, licorice, forest floor, and a floral perfume. The palate is dense but with great freshness and purity of fruit. The texture is silky with taut tannins for the long haul.  14.5% ABV
