Domaine Dujac is an iconic Burgundy estate founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses.  100% whole clusters and 100% new oak.  Stem use is between 20% and 100%, depending on the vintage and the vineyard. Same goes for oak use.   Elegant, spicy and floral-suffused nose is composed by notes of both red and dark cherry and a whiff of exotic tea. The super-sleek, delineated and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors also possess a highly beguiling texture while displaying stunningly good length on the moderately austere, balanced and equally built-to-age finale.  14% ABV
