The Fornerot family has roots in Saint-Aubin that go back more than five centuries.  A translucent ruby-red hue in the glass. On the nose, aromas of mixed red berries, full of strawberries and raspberries, mixed with hints of dried herbs and forest floor, evoking the complexity of the vineyard's limestone soils. Subtle notes of cinnamon and clove add further intrigue, complementing the wine's aromatic profile. The palate is both vibrant and supple, with silky tannins providing structure while allowing the fruit to shine. Flavors of ripe cherries, cranberries, and pomegranate are framed by nuances of earth, underbrush, and a touch of savory herbs.  13.5% ABV
