100% Chardonnay

Minimum 40 year old vines.  The color is described as light, almost pale yellow.  Hints of fruity and oaky notes, including yellow apples, nuts, apricot, citrus, and a possible hint of petrol or matchstick notes.  The palate is dry, crispy, and medium-bodied with lots of acidity. Flavors include citrus, yellow apples, nuts, butter, and orange zest, with a full-bodied texture and long finish. 13% ABV
