60% from Champ Forey (limestone and gravel soil), 40% from Auvonnes (clay, marl soil with small stones) in Marsannay. 50+ year old vines. Fermented and aged in 2/3 foudre, 1/3 older barrel for 12 months. Vibrant, complex white wine with notes of citrus, green apple, and wet stones, offering a racy, refreshing finish. It has a medium body and acidity, with a subtle minerality that elevates it beyond typical Aligoté. 12% ABV
