100% Pinot Meunier
Minimum 40 year old vines. Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Base vintage 2012, making up 50% of the blend; the rest 2011 and 2010. Aged in bottle for three years. Dosage 2-3 grams/L. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of white peach, crisp orchard fruit, apple blossom and wet stones. Soft orange peel acidity and a tang of salinity keep this fresh on the palate and drive the long, creamy finish. Medium to full-bodied, ample and vibrant, with a pure, seamless profile and a precise, saline finish.
