100% Serine (Pre-phylloxera Syrah clone, although many claim Serine to be it's own unique varietal)

An intense ruby colour. On the nose, there is fruitiness of black cherry and ripe plum, with some Mediterranean herbs and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full, fruity, with a slight spiciness. Body is expressed and balanced with freshness and minerality.  13% ABV
