Fanny Sabre, who trained under Philippe Pacalet, manages a 4-hectare estate and is known for producing precise, low-intervention, and elegant wines.  This is from a single parcel of old vines in Pommard; barrel fermented & aged.  Nose of White blossom, pear, lemon zest, and subtle herbaceous notes.  The palate is lively and nervy with a rich texture, featuring ripe yellow apple, white fruits, and a distinct mineral, slightly salty edge.  12.5% ABV
