100% Grenache Noir
The wine comes from a single parcel with sandy soils and vines planted in 1905. 1,200 to 1,500 cases produced annually. Aged 18 months in foudres. Aromas of cherry brandy, wild strawberries, and candied orange zest with notes of sweet spices, licorice, dried flowers, and a distinct salty minerality. The palate is medium to full-bodied, pure, and elegant with fine, silky tannins and a long, fresh finish. 14.5% ABV
