The domaine practices organic viticulture, a process Francois Labet has been following since 1992. The "Vieilles Vignes" (old vines) are estate-owned,  and a minimum 40 years old.  

Focused aromas of deep red fruit (red currant, raspberry, plum, dark berry) with earthy notes, subtle spices, and a touch of herbal tea or lavender.  Well-detailed, punchy flavors with a lovely sense of energy and vibrant acidity. It has a broad, silky smooth texture with well-balanced tannins and a complex, persistent finish.  13% ABV
