Gerard Tremblay 1er Cru Mountains Chablis 2022

 100% Chardonnay grapes from over 40-year-old vines in the Premier Cru "Montmain" vineyard.

Notes of lemon zest, green citrus, ripe yellow nectarine, acacia flowers, crushed stone, some detect honeysuckle, quince, and roasted almond, and saline.  On the palate,  flavors of mandarin, crisp apple, pear, and stone fruit. Hints of warm spice and sea shells are also mentioned.  Round and creamy, with a rich, complex, and velvety texture, leading to a lingering, mineral-driven finish. It features well-balanced, refreshing acidity.  13% ABV
