Aligoté 'L’Orée' (Gold) 80%, Aligote Verte 20%

Off of parcels at the highest elevation in the village of Magny les Villers and were planted in 1960. 20% of the unfinished wine matures in new oak for 14 months. Beautiful gold color, with a nose of apples, citrus, and Spring blossom. The palate is quite delicate, with white fruits, a little flint, creaminess and a touch of mineral, with gentle acidity. The finish is long and lingering with a light creaminess.  12% ABV
