With sensitive handing of tannin, this Auxey domaine is producing reds with great texture. So much so that it was hard to select just one of Henri Latour’s red Auxey-Duresses as they each have merit. VV has an arresting, upright, crunchy red cherry aroma and a vibrant crackle on the sweet cranberry palate. Bright, zesty and energetic. Really hits the spot.
