Biodynamic and organic.  Hand-harvested with long, natural fermentations (often 4-10 months). The wine is matured for a significant period before release, often in large oak casks.   a vibrant red color with aromas of ripe red forest berries. It is often noted for being a "rich rustic" Pinot Noir, offering flavors of red fruit (raspberry, strawberry, cranberry), earth, leather, and hints of smoke, cassis, and licorice.  14.5% ABV
