Dönnhoff Roxheimer Höllenpfad Trocken Riesling 2018

Famous, steeply sloping vineyard with a southern aspect in a small side valley of the middle section of the Nahe River. Grown in weathered red sand stone soil.  Vine age between 10 and 43 years.  Fermentation and maturation in classical wood barrels and stainless steel vats.  

Sophisticated Riesling with notable fruit and spice aromas balanced by a precise and playful sweetness. Red sandstone lends the wine spicy aromas of black pepper and expressive fruits.  12.5% ABV
