Grown from Fattoria di Basciano’s own olive orchard covering 20 hectares on their property.  It is a product of high quality and long-lasting characteristics and gives its best after a few months when its youthful exuberance turns into grace and softness. Yellow-gold color, with clear green reflections. Intense and very fruity perfume (as just-picked olives). At the taste intense and very well structured, it is slightly aggressive in its youth, but gains grace and softness after a few months.
