45% Cabernet Franc, 40% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

100% natural fermentation.  Wine is pressed post-alcoholic fermentation and stored until malolactic fermentation completes naturally.  Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, separated completely by varietal before final blending takes place.  Aged 9+ years in bottle before release.  Rich ruby color with deep purple undertones. Ripe red and black fruits integrated with warming baking spices like cloves. Prominent dark cherry notes lifted by white pepper; characterized by velvety tannins, subtle earthiness, and a long, luxurious finish.  14.5% ABV
