The nose is subtle yet intense, with notes of yellow stone fruit, honeycomb, and some spices, surrounded by hints of wood.  Flavors of apricots in syrup, notes of dried fruit (walnut, fig, almond), vanilla cream, and orange marmalade. Its sweetness is balanced by a light, assertive acidity.  20% ABV
