Chateau de Manissy Rose La Belle Etoile IGP 2023

Imagine yourself in the beautiful French countryside and glancing over to see a small vineyard bathed in the sun and swept by the mistral on a flat plain that is rich in limestone and clay. This is the "Belle Etoile" vineyard.  It is certified organic and biodynamic and is owned by the mother of the winemaker, Florian André.

This rose is light, crisp, a bit of minerality, and full of summer sunshine.  Perfect for light snacks and meals or drinking on its own. For best results, let it warm up in the glass just a tad bit.  Too cold and you'll miss the lovely fruit and minerality.
