Chateau Henri Bonnaud is one of only three producers based in the tiny Provence AOC of Palette.  A coral robe with silver shades. The nose is delicate and complex with a palette of aromas spices pepper, little red fruits and almond notes Mouthfeel is full with gourmet final, close to red fruits with a pinch of liquorice.  12.5% ABV
