The grapes used for the Pittaro Metodo Classico Brut Rose are Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The first fermentation of Chardonnay and Pinot bianco takes place in steel, with the pinot noir exclusively seeing some skin contact. All grapes are then aged for a few months on the lees.  The second fermentation takes place in the bottle.  The wine remains in contact with the lees for a minimum duration of 24 months. Then a small addition of liquer d'expedition is added prior to bottling.  After a few months in the cellar, the wines are ready to be tasted. The visual appearance is characterized by a soft pink color and a fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, the bready notes are well pronounced, while the fruit notes are more delicate. The taste is fresh, dry, with tropical and red fruit notes finishing with structure and harmonious balance. 12.5% ABV
