High altitude (>900m-1000m+), old vines (50-80 years), primarily stony and quartz soils. Aged 12 months in used French oak foudres/barrels. On the nose, delicate notes of fresh strawberries and red cherries emerge, creating an aromatic symbiosis that invites tasting. On the palate, it reveals its fluidity, with slightly more robust tannins that gently caress, hinting at a slightly rustic character.  Only 9,965 bottles produced. 96pts- Wine Advocate
