Off of a minimum of 40-year-old vines grown in a single vineyard "Salomon" in Ribera del Duero, Spain. Aromas of ripe black fruit like blackberries, cassis, and plums, along with subtle notes of tobacco, licorice, vanilla, and spices from the oak. On the palate, it is juicy and full-bodied with fine, ripe tannins balanced by bright acidity, leading to a long and elegant finish. 14.5% ABV
