This Pinot Gris Réserve comes from a clever blend of old vines planted on the granitic, very stony terroir of the Brand grand cru (and, in a small proportion, of Sommerberg) and others from the Heimbourg terroirs, which are predominantly limestone and richer in clay. On the one hand, a dense and generous substance, on the other hand, finesse and vivacity, which are particularly well suited to this sunny vintage. The diversity of the exposures, rather to the South for the vines from the Brand, rather to the West for the others, also contributes to give the wine its right balance.
