A tiny, single 150-year-old organic vineyard plot featuring ungrafted pre-phylloxera vines located in Cambados.  Split aging for a total of 5 months: 50% aged in stainless steel tanks and 50% refined in used French oak barrels undergoing malolactic fermentation.  mplex bouquet displaying wild red berries, floral accents, a balsamic backdrop of damp Atlantic forest, and distinct peppery/cocoa spice notes characteristic of the variety. ell-structured and fluid with vibrant, refreshing acidity and a signature saline/briny edge.  Only 900 bottles produced.
