Montenegro is an indigenous grape to the Binissalem region of Mallorca.  Grapes are sourced from small, old-vine parcels in the surrounding villages of Binissalem, including Santa Maria del Camí and Santa Eugènia.  The vines are between 35 and 75+ years old. ermented in stainless steel and aged for roughly 8–10 months in a combination of 500L French oak barrels and larger French foudres.  

A fragrant and perfumed nose featuring ripe red plum, raspberry, and wild cherry. These primary fruit notes are layered with floral scents of violets, fresh Mediterranean herbs, exotic spices, and a subtle touch of smokiness.  The wine is medium-bodied and silky with a concentrated, juicy mouthfeel. Initial flavors are dry and savory, evolving into vibrant red hedgerow fruits like cranberry and raspberry.  13.5% ABV
